Data and Email Backups
The process of “back up” is making copies of data which may be used to restore the original in case of any data loss event. The data for all computers in KSAU-HS can be backed up & restored by the Backup services.
If you require data recover due to loss or to recover data from an earlier period, according to the user-defined data retention policy.
Service hours of availability:
Saturday through Wednesday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
