Service support depends upon the issue at hand but usually resolved within 1 or 2 days. Major technical tickets may require up to one week as it is processed through a vendor.
|Services And Offerings||
SirsiDynix Symphony has been implemented in colleges’ libraries. It not only enables our library staff to manage day to day operations of the library but also facilitates the check in and check out services for students to provide them with necessary learning resources (Books, Journals, and Multimedia etc.)
In addition, the system comes with an OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) that can be used by students to search the required books via an online portal without physically visiting the library.
Library Staff. Students can utilize the Online Public Access Catalogue only.
